I absolutely loved my time renting with Hanna Properties. Beautiful space, everyone was friendly and attentive, I always felt safe and well taken care of in my place. Mr. Hanna sends out messages with important updates and they’re SO helpful. They’re on top of everything going on and their communication and apartment portal is top tier. It can be difficult to find people who value your security and safety, but this property really puts it at the forefront. My experience renting with them has been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend Hanna Properties to everyone and would absolutely rent from them again in the future!

I rented at the Algonquin for over 2 years and it was a great experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and very quick in their response times, and the building was quiet and clean. The apartment had the charm and character of an older building with its crown molding, hard wood floors, and arched doorways. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in the city.

From start to finish, working with Hanna Properties has been a fantastic experience. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with all new appliances, beautifully refinished floors, and cheerful fresh paint. Sarah was courteous, punctual, very informative, and made communication easy for my move in day. The location can't be beat and I couldn't be happier here.

I lived in the Hanna apartments on Berkeley for four years then moved to Buffalo to take care of my mom. I was very happy on Berkeley and sad to go. I have since moved back to Rochester and purposely sought out a Hanna Properties apartment here again. I have been living in the Shelbourn for 4 years now. After bad experiences with one property management firm and one independent landlord in Buffalo, I became acutely aware that Hanna Properties is a cut above the rest. Hanna employees have all been polite and REASONABLE people who do honestly care about giving their tenants a good place to call home. Since I have been a Hanna Properties tenant for 8 out of the past 12 years, I have known 3 different property managers that worked for the firm. They have each been exceedingly helpful, competent and kind. Maintenance also responds quickly and goes the extra mile, when needed, to make my apartment comfortable. My apartment is large and sunny with a fitness center in Haddon Hall next door! I highly recommend Hanna Properties for anyone looking for an apartment in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts or Park Ave area!

Jake, my cat, and I have really enjoyed our six years here. I have loved living in my beautiful building here at Haddon Hall. This has been the perfect place for me in the Neighborhood of the Arts – my favorite part of the City. We loved the beautiful views and sunsets. Jake watched from his perch on the windowsill. Thank you for your excellent customer service and for always unclogging my drain!  I wish you all the best!

I moved in recently. Everything was great but one of the cabinet doors was broken. I put in a work order, and they responded the same day. Have had a great experience ever since.

Dear Mr. Hanna, As per your request, I am writing to let you know that I will be vacating my apartment on May 25th. My colleague, Dr. Emily has signed a lease with Donna to take over my apartment, starting June 1st. I very much enjoyed my stay in Rochester, which was made even better by having my apartment at the Algonquin.

Thank you for the notice about parking. I do not use the lots, but I do want to take a moment to say thank you, in general, for the upkeep to the buildings. I live at 94 Oliver St. The carpets here are vacuumed and shampooed regularly, the sidewalks are shoveled, the light fixtures and light bulbs maintained, as is the door “bell” system and the laundry room. I have lived in a few places before where things like these were sometimes neglected. It’s nice to live somewhere where regular things like this get done.

A very friendly Rental Agent showed me an apartment on University Ave, Haddon Hall. It's a great value for the neighborhood and Sarah, the RM, was terrific!! The one bedroom apartment I looked at was quite nice but a little small...perfect for a college student!

Awesome people and if something ever breaks I call and its fixed THE SAME DAY! cant stress how awesome they are with maintenance and any needs I have. Keep up the good work!

I've lived at Berkeley for nearly two years and it's everything I'd hoped for. Clean, quiet and a great neighborhood. Great management, too.

I just wanted to say thank you for letting me transfer over to the Algonquin! Emily and I are very excited to be moving there. I would recommend anyone to rent at your properties, you are always willing to work with your renters and that’s a hard quality to find!!

Just want to thank Mr. Hanna for allowing me to stay in the apartment at The Whittier for two extra months beyond the end of my lease, on short notice from me, at no extra cost – I appreciate the flexibility. I received my security deposit back, in full (plus interest,) ten days after my move-out inspection – I thank you very much for the fast turn-around. Also, thanks to Donna and Phil for being very friendly and helpful. Won’t surprise me if I’m back at Hanna Properties in the future.

Mr. Hanna, Good Morning. I am a current resident at the Whittier. I wanted to touch base with you this morning to give you plenty of time in advance to let you know that I will be moving out of my apartment upon the completion of my lease (June 30, 2017). While I have loved living in my current apartment, I have decided to move in with my boyfriend who has a larger two bedroom, dog friendly apartment on Oxford street. I wanted to take this time to thank you for all that you have done for me over the past two years. You and your staff have made this a great renting experience.
