We’ve acquired a new property!
We are happy to announce that we have acquired a new property at 44 Brighton Street – an 1890 single family home divided into 3 apartments. The main reason for this acquisition is to be able to provide even more parking spots for residents of 240 S. Goodman.
Over the years, we have acquired at least 8 other contiguous small properties to provide parking for five of our buildings, which were originally built with little or no parking spaces.
These five 1920’s mid-rise structures have more parking than virtually any other property in the Park Ave/ East Ave /NOTA areas.
Rooftop Gardens are Open
As a reminder of rooftop rules…
- Smoking by residents or their guests is absolutely forbidden.
- Occupancy is limited to the residents of the apartment and no more than four guests.
- Trash must be removed.
- Hours of use are limited to 8 AM to 11 PM.
- The no disturbing sounds clause of your lease is applicable.
- Roof usage is restricted to the decked area.
- No pets allowed.
- Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
- Practice common sense fire safety, make sure grill is off/cool before leaving the roof

Summer is festival time in Rochester
One of Rochester’s most popular summer festivals is within steps from your door! The Park Ave Fest! For two days, August 4-5, our neighborhood hosts this incredible event featuring 350 artists, craftspeople and exhibitors from the U.S. and Canada.
Street parking will most likely get a little hairy this weekend so plan accordingly. With free admission and three entertainment stages, you don’t want to miss out on this defining Rochester Summer experience!
