Utilities Included
The utilities included vary by location. Heat and cooking gas are incorporated into the rent in all of our apartment buildings. The Stanton, Haddon Hall and Berkeley Court Apartments include electric as well.

Maintenance
Residents can submit a maintenance ticket online or by calling our 24/7 repair line at 585.473.5662. We respond to virtually all service requests within 24 – 48 hours and true emergencies within an hour.

Video Cameras
All exterior doors are locked and include state-of-the-art intercom systems. The exterior doors of our seven large buildings are monitored by closed-circuit video.

Off-street Parking Available
Off-street parking is available at an additional fee at most of our apartment buildings.

Roof Top Gardens
Enjoy fabulous views of the city from our roof top decks available to 4 of our buildings and several houses. Each is equipped with a gas barbeque grill, dining tables and lounge chairs.

On-Site Laundry
Conveniently located on-site at all our buildings. Both phone app-pay and coin-op payments are accepted. Change machines available at some buildings.

Cat Friendly
Up to 2 cats welcome at all locations. There is a one time, non-refundable $50 fee per cat.

Fitness Centers
Convenient Fitness Centers are available at some properties.

Enjoy this convenient package delivery option. Lockers are installed (or soon to be installed) at all buildings

EV Chargers
Chargers are located at Algonquin, Stanton and Haddon Hall and can be used by all residents. Resident pricing is available.

What are your rental requirements?
Hanna Properties requires a credit score of 670 and monthly income of 3 times the monthly rent.

Do you accept assistance programs, such as Section 8, DHS/DSS, etc.?
We do not discriminate based on source of income. Any assistance is counted as part of monthly income.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc.) is strictly forbidden in the apartments and common areas of Hanna Properties.

Are pets allowed?
Up to 2 cats are permitted with a one-time fee of $50/cat. Dogs are not permitted. Support & service animals are accepted with proper documentation.

What security features are there?
All building entrance/exit doors are kept locked. There are cameras located in the 7 apartment buildings. Larger parking lots have intermittent night-time security patrols.

How do the washers/dryers work in the laundry?
Washers/dryers work by both phone app-pay and coin. There are change machines in some of the building laundry rooms.

How are repairs made in apartments?
Hanna Properties has its own in-house maintenance/paint crew and residents simply submit an on-line service request. Maintenance is on-call 24/7 for emergencies. Hanna Properties also has an in-house cleaning and ground staff.

Do you offer flexible lease terms?
We require 12 month lease terms and offer flexible terms on a very limited basis. Should you need to terminate your lease early, we offer lease termination options and allow subletting.

Are your buildings quiet?
Our leases include a “no-disturbing-sounds” clause, which is strictly enforced.
