Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I rarely write reviews - people have to be super good or super bad. In the case of Hanna Properties, it is Excellent! I’ve lived in my share of apartments and have never had a landlord that is so responsive, helpful and responsible. The halls are painted at least once a year, a cleaning crew keeps the common areas clean, they don’t put up with tenants that are disruptive or smoke - they just care and are available. They communicate with the tenants, which is so important. Rent is very fair and they’re not out to gouge you. I’ve live with Hanna as my landlord for close to a decade and don’t plan on ever moving/leaving the Hanna family. Highly recommend.
