Hanna Properties Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic is presenting the most significant challenge in the 50-year history of Hanna Properties. To mitigate its possible impact on our properties, daily operations, and the health of our residents, we have implemented and are recommending the following:

Maintenance Staff:

  • Wear face coverings while in the apartments.
  • Report any Covid-19 symptoms before starting the workday.

Office:

  • The office is open however, we encourage you to schedule appointments. As always, our staff is available by phone, text, or email, and scheduled appointments are encouraged.
  • Face coverings are required of both office staff and residents while in the office.

Resident Responsibility:

  • Wear a face covering in all indoor common areas.
  • Protect your health and that of your neighbors by practicing social distancing.
  • Contact the office if you anticipate any difficulty paying your rent. Communication is key.

Apartment Touring Procedure:

NYS has permitted the showing of available occupied rental units with the safety measures listed below:

  • Tours will be scheduled on a limited basis.
  • No more than two applicants shown per visit.
  • Residents who prefer to be present during a showing must wear a mask.
  • Staff and applicant will be wearing masks and have sanitized their hands before entering and will touch nothing in the apartment.
