Enjoyed residency at Haddon Hall
I have thoroughly enjoyed my residency here at Haddon Hall and hold Mr. Hanna in very high regard as a property owner. These antique properties are very well maintained, well preserved and beautiful. Any maintenance requested has always been taken care of in no time and any tech I came in contact with has always been professional and efficient. Most of all, the fact that Hanna Properties is not only able but willing to keep the cost of living very reasonable, well under market rate and well below the other downtown & NOTA "competition" is extremely admirable and does not go unnoticed! I've been in the residential management industry for over 7 years, worked for many owners/companies and have never had the fortune to work for or under a management company that has a proven track record for its benevolent willingness to keep housing in Rochester affordable and beautiful in some of its most desirable neighborhoods. Thank you for being an exception to this financially brutal housing crisis.
