The Shelbourne
The Shelbourne is located on University Avenue in one of the most desirable rental areas in Rochester, The Neighborhood of the Arts. The 1920s apartment building faces the Memorial Art Gallery. The entire area along several blocks of University Avenue has been incorporated into the new Art Walk region.
