• Thank you for the notice about parking. I do not use the lots, but I do want to take a moment to say thank you, in general, for the upkeep to the buildings. I live at 94 Oliver St. The carpets here are vacuumed and shampooed regularly, the sidewalks are shoveled, the light fixtures and light bulbs maintained, as is the door “bell” system and the laundry room. I have lived in a few places before where things like these were sometimes neglected. It’s nice to live somewhere where regular things like this get done.

Since the heater was installed in my living room my apartment is much warmer and far more comfortable.   • Just want to thank Mr. Hanna for allowing me to stay in the apartment at The Whittier for two extra months beyond the end of my lease, on short notice from me, at no extra cost – I appreciate the flexibility. I received my security deposit back, in full (plus interest,) ten days after my move-out inspection – I thank you very much for the fast turn-around. Also, thanks to Donna and Phil for being very friendly and helpful. Won’t surprise me if I’m back at Hanna Properties in the future.
