My Review of Hanna Properties 🩷 My name is Rachel, and I leased an apartment at Haddon Hall through Hanna Properties for a year. It was, without a doubt, the best property and real estate company I’ve ever experienced in Rochester. My apartment was beautifully renovated before I moved in. It was absolutely gorgeous. In the past, I always felt the need to deep clean before settling in, but not here. Everything was spotless from day one. The entire building is consistently clean, and maintenance is incredibly responsive. Any question or concern I had was always addressed the same day. Having my own parking space was a huge plus, and I appreciated the added security with cameras throughout the property and occasional monitoring of the parking lot and entryways. The building itself is stunning. It was once a hotel during the Roaring Twenties, and that historic charm still shines through. There’s even a charming old school elevator that adds to the character. The amenities are excellent. There is a spacious and clean laundry room, a convenient bike room, and a modern, well maintained gym. I also loved the Amazon lockers and electric car charging stations outside. Best of all, ALL UTILITIES are included in the rent. Everything except internet is covered. They make setup easy with Spectrum, and when I signed up, there was even a promotion for a free unlimited phone plan for a year. That was a nice bonus. The building is quiet and peaceful. Whenever I had guests over, they would always describe my apartment as a little oasis. The neighborhood is just as lovely. It is very walkable, with cafés, museums, and other great spots nearby. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I truly can’t recommend Haddon Hall enough. The only reason I left is because I recently moved to Chicago. I honestly wish I could have brought this entire building with me.Posted on Andy PerryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent 5 years in one of the Hanna Properties building, and it has been 5 wonderful years. It is in my top 3 things that have happened during these years. The staff has always being kind and helpful, available and ready to fix or answer any questions. I loved the building and l loved my apartment. It is one of those things l will always keep in my heart and mind: bright light, lot odlf space, quiet, peaceful, comfortable, perfect for either a single person or a couple. I definitely recommend Hanna Propoerties to anybody would move to Rochester. There is a lot of choices in both condos and family houses, and either way you will never regret, and you will never want to leave. Thanks Hanna Properties for making my stay in Rochester so much better!Posted on Emily HerrgesellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just moved out of my apartment at the Stanton on goodman street and I can't say enough good things! They were always very prompt and communicative. There is a lot of transparency about what you are paying for. It's very affordable for the quality that you are getting and they always worked with me if I had issues or needed help with something. As someone that loves a nice environment and beautiful interiors too, they do a wonderful job of upkeeping the original hardwood floors, doors, molding and other nice architectural touches. All staff is very attentive and keeps the place clean and running smoothly. There is a waitlist oftentimes or a fast turn around time between apartments being posted online and claimed, but it is so worth it to just jump right in and give them a call/put in an application.Posted on Jane MahoneyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Living here has been great, the cleaning staff makes sure shared spaces are always clean, and the maintenance team is stellar. Obvi being in an old building, there are old building problems, but the team works hard to make updates while retaining the integrity of the building, and providing as little disruption to everyday life.Posted on NickTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great area, beautiful building, modern appliances. Unfortunately, the old building means bugs; we averaged about one house centipede per month. Most of the staff are friendly, though they send out condescending emails from time to time.Posted on K BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been renting from Hanna Properties for over a year and have had a generally positive experience with both my unit and maintenance requests. My main concern has been with parking and inconsistent enforcement of the rules. One tenant in my building regularly parks in a clearly marked no-parking zone, often spilling into the adjacent space. When I raised this with management last year, I was told to adjust how I was parking and informed that the tenant was granted an exemption. The response felt one-sided and dismissive of my concern. There’s plenty of space in the rear lot, but this issue has continued for over a year. The lease and posted signs are clear: parking outside designated spaces can result in towing. I believe the rules should be enforced equally for all tenants, regardless of how long someone has lived here or their relationship with management. Other tenants I’ve spoken with share these concerns. Aside from this issue, I’ve had a good experience overall and hope to continue renting with Hanna. I just ask that parking rules be applied fairly moving forward.Posted on Windolyn FigueroaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
